Le principe est simple 1 warehouse, 4 teams, 1 set of obstacles, 9 days per team&#8230;.à l&#8217;initiative de chacune des marques formant les 4 équipes de développer leur propre environnement et de mettre en scène leur team dans l&#8217;espace créé. </p>

Le <a href="http://www.time.com/time/">TIME</a> magazine le classerait même parmi les <a href="http://www.visiondurable.com/actualites/environnement/5853-bixi-parmi-les-meilleures-inventions-de-l-annee">meilleures inventions de l&#8217;année</a>.</p>
<p>Après le <a href="http://blogues.cyberpresse.ca/lagace/?p=70722903">faux/vrai blogue</a>, stationnement Montréal annonce la mise à disposition <em>le 2 roues qui clignote</em> dans la nuit toute l&#8217;année (heu.. avec des chenilles ?), mais Bixi c&#8217;est également des bornes (300 pour le moment) distribuées dans toute la ville à des endroits stratégiques, c&#8217;est ainsi une formidable occasion pour les marques de profiter d&#8217;emplacements publicitaires tout neuf et à stationnement Montréal d&#8217;équilibrer son budget (15 millions d&#8217;investissement &#8211; 5 ans de publicité = 0).</p>
<p>Il s&#8217;agit à coup sûr d&#8217;une plateforme de visibilité média (merci <a href="http://www.astralmediaoutdoor.com/Sites/affichage/multimedias/Bixi/PDF_FR/Presentation_Bixi.pdf">AstralMédia</a> !) qui pourra faire évoluer le paysage urbain et que l&#8217;on pourrait utiliser d&#8217;une façon nouvelle&#8230;</p>

<p>Le magazine JOBBOOM consacrait plusieurs pages le mois dernier aux auteurs Alexandre des Isnards et Thomas Zuber et sur leur  livre <a title="L'Open space LE LIVRE" href="http://www.lopenspacematuer.com" target="_blank">l&#8217;Open space m&#8217;a tuer</a> ou la critique du bureau trop cool et de son modèle type en agence. Ce livre s’inscrit avec plusieurs autres dans une remise  en question d’un modèle d’affaire qui a connu ses années de gloire dans les années <a title="80's baby" href="http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ann%C3%A9es_1980&quot; target=&quot;_blank&quot;" target="_blank">80</a> -<a title="90s miami vice etc..." href="http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ann%C3%A9es_1990" target="_blank">90</a>. La fin (relative) des gros budgets, des reconductions années après année et d’un quasi-monopole pour certains. Que l’on annonce que les publicités se feront sans agences (voir la <a title="Pub et agence c'est la fin" href="http://video.google.ca/googleplayer.swf?docid=-7360175373144198015&quot; target=&quot;_blank&quot;" target="_blank">vidéo de  Martin Ouellette </a>sur le sujet) ou que l’on crée de nouveaux métiers, de nouveaux noms ou des alliances multiples pour diversifier et élargir les champs d’expertise, une chose est certaine, les choses bougent.<br />
Elles bougent pour les dirigeants que cherchent (et trouvent) les meilleures solutions pour continuer à toucher les annonceurs, elles changent aussi du côté des employés du secteur, quant à leurs attentes, leurs motivations et leurs façon de travailler et elles changent surtout enfin au niveau des consommateurs, éduqués, difficiles à classifier, à comprendre et donc à atteindre. La « crise économique » ou parenthèse sombre dans l’hyper profit aura eu cet effet bénéfique de l’introspection. Des initiatives pour se serrer les coudes (ex : <a title="Montréal-Montreal" href="http://www.montreal.ad" target="_blank">Montreal ad</a>), un écrémage dans le nombre d’intervenants et une prise de conscience globale.</p>

<p>Ce que nous offrons (nous l&#8217;avons déjà fait et ça fonctionne&#8230;) c&#8217;est <em>d&#8217;intégrer les équipes en place dans les agences</em> et de coordonner les équipes de création avec celles des ventes.
